Advance Notice: Temporary Support Closure

As part of our annual scheduled closures, all Support channels in Discord will be unavailable during the following periods:

• Sunday, 9 November – 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM GMT
• Tuesday, 11 November – no later than 10:50 AM until 12:00 PM GMT

Nautical observes certain moments of reflection and cultural significance each year. This week, we'll be observing "Remembrance Day". Many in the UK and surrounding nations mark Remembrance Day, honouring those who have served and lost their lives in conflict.

These closures provide our team and community the opportunity to pause, reflect, or simply take a moment of rest and respect, in whatever way feels appropriate.

About Remembrance Day

Remembrance Day is observed on Sunday, 9 November this year, and our support channels will be closed from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM GMT to allow our team and community a moment of reflection. The traditional moment of silence is observed on Tuesday, 11 November at 11:00 AM GMT, where we'll also lock our channel for a few hours, the silence is a chance to commemorate those who gave their lives in service.
